ELECTRICAL / ELECTRONIC ENGINEER

The Engineer will be responsible to support manufacturing procedures based on SMT, electronics and cables assembly for space, defense and other demanding projects in Prisma’s factory at Alexandroupolis, Greece his Scope will be to:

• Responsible for Production procedures in assembly electronics and cables using systems/robotics for production and testing purposes
• Ensure projects are in alignment with Company Procedures and Directors’ guidance and quality rules
• Reviews and provides guidance for the fixing of issues and problems regarding data collections from vessels
• Working directly with the Software and Hardware teams to ensure quality and traceability in production
• Extending and improving existing system services
• Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks
• Ensure high quality customer-level briefing materials, production documentation and status reporting
• Identify constraints and pro-actively de-conflict issues to minimize operational risks
• Responsible for problem identification, mitigation and provide proper escalation for identified issues

Requirements:

SALES DIRECTOR

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Director as a part of the management team will be a hands on leader with primary responsibility to develop and execute the Company’s sales strategy in line with the Company’s marketing plan and to achieve the sales objectives set out in the Business Plan. Other responsibilities will include:
• Overall control and responsibility for the development and management of the sales team, plan and budget
• Monitor activity across sales team utilizing CRM and other tools, ensuring the sales activity of the business are met

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TEAM MANAGER (SDTM)

The SDTM will be charged with building and leading a high performing organization. A key position in the organization, the SDTM will directly influence the company’s aggressive growth plan. A successful SDTM will be a significant business partner to the Chairman and CEO and others directors within the company. This role requires a proven leader that will lead a highly, disciplined, efficient development organization as well as help create the roadmap for new product development, architecture, and a scalable technology platform. The position reports to the CEO.
The SDTM will be responsible for software development and quality assurance and will manage the operating budget. The SDTM will be responsible for serving as the leader of the technology organization and will lead and facilitate the decision making process for the overall technical and architectural product direction. He/she will define, direct, deliver, and lead the company’s technology team with dynamic development and superior solutions and identify technology trends, opportunities, and assess risks related to delivering company’s vision.

Requirements
• The SDTM will be a technology leader with at least 6 years of experience leading quickly growing organizations
• Proven track-record of leading all facets of a complex technology environment, with broad knowledge of a variety of technology platforms, tools and languages
• Proven management abilities and a track record of hands-on technology and business leadership
• Experience successfully leading and developing strong technical teams is required
• Experience working in a rapidly growing, innovative and entrepreneurial company during an expansion phase
• Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Minimum of 5 years in product development with a track record of building successful products for growth company(s)

SOFTWARE MANAGER

The Software Engineer is responsible for the implementation and support of software develpment. The role develops and prepares (in-house) software coding whenever there is a corresponding business need within a specified time-frame.
• Detects, registers and reports issues and problems of IT systems
• Designs and develops new features for the platform
• Guide and manage the software development team
• Working directly with the Product team to turn ideas into software
• Extending and improving existing system services and software components
• Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks
• Writing and optimizing procedures and functions
• Code Development
• Code Testing
• Troubleshooting bugs and other technical issues which are too complex or confusing for the Customer Support team to understand, generally involving reading and understanding existing code as well as tests and troubleshoots software bugs

Requirements:
• Working experience of minimum 3 years in a role requiring programming skills that should involve the development of applications using Visual Studio and SQL
• Experience in developing embedded applications using the aforementioned technologies will be considered an asset;
• University degree (BSc and preferably also MSc) in Information Systems Management / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related discipline;
• Fluent in English at a written and oral level;
• Ability to effectively communicate and present solutions to all levels of business users and technical users;
• The ideal candidate must be a responsible and dynamic individual with team oriented mindset and skills

SOFTWARE SUPPORT DEVELOPER

The Software Support Engineer is responsible for the implementation and support of software development used inside the company and Web. The role develops and prepares (in-house) software coding whenever there is a corresponding business need within a specified time-frame. The ideal candidate is expected to have a thorough understanding of technical concepts required for software engineering and deployment and should be able to navigate and quickly understand complex code and systems. The position demands excellent analytical and problem solving skills and applicants must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. She/he should be a person with great technical passion, terrific problem-solving skills, drive for results and ability to work independently.

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or another field that has an emphasis on programming.

MARINE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

The Engineer will be responsible to emply in projects (software and hardware) on vessels regarding data collections from sensors, instruments, PLCs and SCADA systems on vessels and further analysis of them. His Scope will be to:
• Ensure projects are in alignment with Company Procedures and Directors’ guidance and quality rules
• Reviews and provides guidance for the fixing of issues and problems regarding data collections from vessels
